Evan Slater is an entry-level professional racing solo sprint events and multiclass endurance racing across a range of national American championships. His primary current series are IMSA Pilot Challenge, where he races a GT4-level production car in the GS class, and International GT, where he drives a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup in the GT4.0 class. He has also campaigned extensively in Radical Cup NA, SCCA Majors and SCCA Regionals, and in Trans-Am TA2, accumulating 82 starts across six seasons of racing from 2021 onward.[1]

His record is strongest in the single-driver sprint categories. In SCCA Regionals he has taken nine wins and ten podiums from eleven starts, and in Radical Cup NA three wins and ten podiums across fifteen outings with EVR Motorsports. His SCCA Majors results show two wins and five podiums from eighteen starts. The endurance series have yielded less; three podiums in ten IMSA Pilot Challenge starts and three wins and six podiums in six International GT races, though his most recent activity in 2026 includes competition in both. Trans-Am TA2 produced two podiums from twenty-two starts across his 2021–2024 participation.[2]

In multiclass national competition he sits mid-field against a regular lineup of entry-level professionals and semi-professional drivers. He races regularly against Thomas Merrill, a 2022 Trans-Am TA2 champion, with whom he is closely matched across their common series. Barry Boes, a two-time SCCA Majors GT2 champion, is another frequent rival; Slater typically finishes ahead of him. His strongest result is a single podium finish ahead of Corey Heim, an established professional and 2025 NASCAR Truck champion.
