🏳️ John DeFelice

John DeFelice is a developing-level driver who raced in NASA, a national multiclass endurance championship mixing amateurs and professionals across fifteen classes in a single race. He piloted German production cars in the GTS3 and GTS4 classes, which ran BMWs and Porsches. His indexed career spans three seasons from 2013 to 2015.[1]

DeFelice made twenty-six starts across his NASA career and finished 15th in the final championship standings in 2015, his most recent season. He scored one win and eight podiums over that span, with two podiums in his final seven rounds. His strongest individual result came against semi-professional Luiz Serva, a regular NASA competitor with seventy-three starts in the series, whom he beat once.[2]

DeFelice raced most often against Hugh Stewart, a competitive amateur and 2026 SCCA Runoffs STU champion with extensive experience across SCCA and NASA, and Rick Goryeb, a club-level driver with NASA regularity. DeFelice typically finished behind both. The field he moved through included established semi-professionals and competitive amateurs with substantial NASA experience; he sat toward the lower end of this competition.
