🇺🇸 Johnny Huang

Johnny Huang is a competitive amateur racing in multiclass endurance and sprint championships in Germany and the United States. He races production-based BMW M240i Racing cars in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie for SRS Team Sorg Rennsport, where he shares driving duties with teammates; he also competed in NASA's national multiclass series and made his first start in the Nürburgring 24 Hours for Adrenalin Motorsport Team Mainhattan Wheels in 2026.[1]

Huang has taken three podiums across eight starts since 2023. Two came in his NASA campaign in 2023 in the Super Touring 3 class, a field mixing amateur, semi-professional and graded professional drivers. His first indexed podium in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie came in 2024, one result from four starts across the 2024 to 2026 seasons in that series. His most recent appearance was the 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hours, where he joined a full-factory field including multiple former world champions.[2]

In the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie he typically finishes behind Sven Markert, the four-time defending BMW M240i champion at that series, and behind Jannik Reinhard, a regular semi-professional competitor. Against the broader company Huang has beaten the professional driver Benjamin Barker, a Gold-graded racing driver with 68 World Endurance Championship starts, and Andy Priaulx, the three-time World Touring Car champion.
