Justin Deffenbaugh is a club-level driver racing in SCCA Regionals, a national multiclass championship where up to 25 classes share the track in a single race. He competes in the ITS class, which runs production-based cars with limited modifications, and has been active in the series since 2022.[1]
Across five seasons of racing, Deffenbaugh has taken six wins and sixteen podiums from nineteen starts, a strike rate that reflects consistent front-running form in his class. In the 2026 season, still in progress, he has won once and podiumed twice from two rounds raced and currently sits 17th in the championship standings.[2]
His regular competition includes Ron Munnerlyn and Jeff Giordano, both competitive amateurs with significant SCCA experience, and he races closely with both. He has also beaten semi-professional drivers Peter Beaulieu, who carries 66 SCCA Regionals starts, and Selin L Rollan, who has raced the series extensively across 43 starts plus SCCA Majors rounds.
