Kurt Thiel is an entry-level professional racing Bronze-graded in endurance and sportscar competition. He competes in multiclass endurance racing with shared-driver cars, most extensively in the 24H Series for Leipert Motorsport, where he has raced GT2-pace GTX and silhouette-class machinery across a 13-country calendar. His active career on this index spans from 2000 to 2025, though his racing has been sparse; his most recent competition came in 2025 SCCA Regionals, a domestic American multiclass series in which he races solo in ITA-class production-based cars.[1]

Thiel has taken three wins from five starts.
