Malcolm Finch competed in club and regional racing only. His Racer Rating of 1,143 places him in the developing category; this level describes competitors who are consistently at the back of club fields or have too few races on record to have progressed beyond entry level.[1]
Finch's racing record consists of two starts in NASA competition during 2010, both of which he won. He finished all his races and averaged first place across his classified results. His wins came against drivers rated between 1,801 and 2,207, including Trevor Mccallion, who was the 2008 NASA Spec Miata Challenge champion. Finch beat each of these rivals twice during his brief competition tenure.
His last recorded activity was in 2010, and he has since retired from racing.
