Matt Zeis competed in karting at the SKUSA SuperNationals in 2007, the lone season on record. He made a single start at that event and finished tenth in the race, avoiding involvement in a collision or mechanical failure to be classified. The SuperNationals field comprised competitive amateur and semi-professional karting drivers; Zeis finished ahead of Patrick Cushenberry, Eddie Olpin, Keenan Schmitke, and Clinton Schoombee, all of whom were rated in the competitive amateur band at the time. His Racer Rating of 2,657 places him in the competitive amateur category, the level of drivers who race regularly in club and regional competitions and occasionally compete with professionals in one-make or pro-am classes.[1]

Zeis's single classified result is insufficient to establish a pattern of competitiveness, and no further racing activity appears in the database after 2007. His career ended shortly after that appearance at the SuperNationals.
