AJ Whisler is a competitive amateur, rated 2,514; a karter whose record places him at the front of club racing and the entry level of professional competition. Between 2007 and 2010, Whisler made four starts in the SKUSA SuperNationals, a national-level karting championship, without taking a podium finish. His average finishing position across those starts was twelfth.[1]
The field Whisler raced in included several drivers who would go on to establish semi-professional and professional careers. He finished ahead of Lucas Foresti, Gregory Liefooghe (graded FIA Silver), Oswaldo Negri (FIA Bronze and later champion of the 2025 GT World Challenge America Am class), and Bryce Cornet on individual occasions. These isolated results do not establish a pattern; they reflect a competitive amateur finding his way among a field that contained drivers of considerably higher calibre. Whisler's career on record ended in 2010 and he is now retired from racing.
