He competed primarily in NASA, a multiclass series mixing amateur and semi-professional entrants with graded professionals on the same grid, driving spec BMW E30 and E46 3-series cars in the Spec E30 and Spec E46 classes. He also made single starts in Trans-Am and Trans-Am TA2, racing tube-frame V8 silhouette cars. Mihld drove mostly for BMW 325is, which fielded him in 74 of his starts across his indexed career.[1]
