Mishael Abbottt is a competitive amateur driver; his rating of 2,746 places him at the level of club and regional racing, where real competition exists but fields do not meet professional standards. Abbottt's career on record spans a single season in 2003, when he made one start in the Star Mazda Championship. He did not finish in the points, crossing the line in 27th place, and recorded no wins or podiums across his entire racing history.[1]

The single outing produced a notable result against one accomplished field. Abbottt finished ahead of Moses Smith, who was the 2002 Star Mazda Championship winner and a much stronger driver at 4,251 rating. He also beat Jamie Bach, Mike Anderson, and Richard Fullerton in that same race, all of whom were semi-professional drivers; however, a single race result against stronger competition does not establish a pattern of competitive success, and Abbottt's overall record shows no further progression in motorsport. He has since retired from racing.
