Nicholas Leung competed in American Endurance Racing over three seasons from 2015 to 2017, accumulating seven starts with one win and one podium finish. His rating of 1,053 places him at the developing level; this reflects a limited racing record in a field of fellow amateur competitors where results were inconsistent. Leung finished ahead of his most frequent rivals, Keith Oldt and Scott Howell, in two of six shared races apiece, but trailed both drivers more often than not. His head-to-head record against the broader field showed a similar pattern of occasional competitive moments offset by more frequent finishes outside the points.[1]

The most notable aspect of Leung's record came in isolated outings against considerably stronger drivers. He finished ahead of Ashley Freiberg, an FIA Silver graded professional, once, and beat Alex Vogel, an FIA Bronze graded driver, twice across their encounters. These results were exceptional within the context of his overall record but represent single moments rather than sustained competitive patterns. Leung's average finishing position across all classified races was P5.6, though his final two rounds of racing in 2017 yielded no competitive results, finishing P86 in the point standings that season. He has since retired from competition.
