Pierce Dawlett competed in kart racing at the SKUSA SuperNationals, the sport's premier invitational event, across two seasons from 2012 to 2013. His record comprises two starts with no wins or podium finishes. He averaged a finishing position of P20.5 across his classified races, placing him in the developing category; his Racer Rating of 1,841 reflects a competitor working at the entry level of organised karting against national-level fields.[1]
The competitive context of Dawlett's record shows occasional results against drivers who would go on to race at higher levels. He finished ahead of Harry Gottsacker, who later became an FIA Silver graded professional and 2023 IMSA Pilot Challenge TCR champion, in one outing; he also beat semi-professional drivers Max Nufer and Graig Alvarez Jr., and club-level competitor Luke Shanahan in single races each. These isolated results do not represent a pattern of strength relative to his peers, but rather moments where he outran drivers who competed in stronger fields elsewhere in their careers. Dawlett retired from racing after 2013 and has not competed since.
