Ryan Carl is a developing driver racing in multiclass sprint championships in the United States. He competes in the SCCA Regionals series, running first-generation Mazda RX-7s in the ITE and STU classes, and has also raced in NASA's Pro 7 class. His indexed racing career spans from 2004 to 2024, with most of his activity concentrated in the SCCA Regionals since 2023.[1]

Carl has taken two wins and five podiums from eight starts across both series. His SCCA Regionals campaign in 2023 and 2024 produced both wins and podiums, though he finished eighth in the championship standings. His earlier NASA appearance came in 2004 with two starts and no results carried forward to his record. His competitive standing in regional multiclass racing places him among developing drivers working their way through national-level motorsport.[2]

In the fields he races, Carl typically finishes behind regular competitors such as Rylan Hazelton, a competitive amateur with substantial SCCA experience, and Wilson Powell, another developing driver with a larger base of SCCA and NASA starts.
