🇺🇸 Sam Corry

Sam Corry is an entry-level professional competing across multiple single-class American racing series. He has raced primarily in USF2000, where he accumulated eight podiums across two seasons, and has since moved into national stock car racing, driving for Nitro Motorsports in the ARCA Menards Series and its regional variants. His rating of 3,596 places him among developing competitors gaining experience against mixed amateur and professional fields.[1]

Corry took three wins and eight podiums across 24 USF2000 starts between 2023 and 2024, racing against a field that included regular opponent Evagoras Papasavvas, a driver with Formula Regional and Indy NXT experience whom Corry matched closely. His transition to stock car racing began in Trans-Am TA2 in 2024, where he took one win in 12 starts. Since moving to the ARCA series in 2025, Corry has competed primarily on road and street courses, winning the General Tire 150 at Sonoma in ARCA Menards Series West and taking a podium finish there from three starts. His full ARCA tally spans nine starts across the national series and its East regional division. He has also made single appearances in the Zenith Racing Series and IMSA Pilot Challenge GS class.[2]

Corry has beaten drivers of considerably higher standing, including Jack Hawksworth, a Gold-graded professional and champion of the 2012 Star Mazda Championship and 2023 IMSA WeatherTech GTDPRO, once in their shared racing. Among regular opponents at his own level, Corry typically finishes ahead of Maxwell Jamieson, a competitive amateur with USF2000 and US F4 experience. His recent victory at Sonoma and podium finishes in ARCA West racing on road courses reflect his stronger performance on non-oval tracks across his 2026 campaign.
