🇩🇪 Sebastian Schemmann

Sebastian Schemmann is a competitive amateur endurance racer racing in multiclass championships across Germany and internationally. He drives touring cars and production-based machinery for MSC Emstal e.V. im ADAC in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie and Nürburgring 24 Hours, and for asBest Racing in the 24H Series, competing in shared-drive format across endurance races that field amateurs through graded professionals on the same grid.[1]

His eight seasons of racing on record span from 2016 to 2025. The bulk of his activity has been in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, where he has made nine starts across multiple classes including TCR touring cars, near-standard production cars, and modified production-based racers. He has contested the Nürburgring 24 Hours three times and recently joined the 24H Series, where he has taken both of his career wins and podiums across three starts so far in 2025 and 2026.[2]

Schemmann typically finishes behind more experienced regulars in his home series; he has raced against Danny Brink, a four-time V4 champion in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie with over 80 starts across the German endurance scene, and Oskar Sandberg, an entry-level professional and three-time Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie champion with 94 starts in the series. He has beaten established professional Ho-Pin Tung, a WEC LMP2 champion with 39 WEC starts and Formula E experience, and professional James Walker, a Formula V8 3.5 regular with WEC and single-seater racing on his record, in single race finishes.
