Simon Chan competed in American Endurance Racing between 2022 and 2024, collecting three starts across two seasons. He scored one podium finish and retired with an average classification position of fifth place, a figure inflated by limited starts but reflecting the competitive level at which he raced when on track.[1]

Chan's record places him in club-level racing; his Racer Rating of 1,097 reflects a developing competitor at the entry end of professional fields. His single podium came against established endurance drivers including Adam George and Thomas Lee, both multiple champions in American Endurance Racing Class 2, along with semi-professional rivals Iain Barber and Shawn Dewey. That one result against such competition is notable for a driver with minimal race mileage, though the small sample size prevents it from establishing a pattern.
