Stephanie Andersen is a club-level driver racing in SCCA national multiclass championships. She competes in the B-Spec class, which runs near-stock economy hatchbacks, and has also raced the SM class of Mazda MX-5 Miatas in SCCA Majors. Her primary series are SCCA Majors and SCCA Regionals, where she shares the track with fields mixing amateurs, semi-professionals and graded professionals across 25 classes in a single race.[1]
Over six seasons from 2021 to 2026, Andersen has made 49 starts and taken 7 wins and 18 podiums. Six of her seven wins came in SCCA Regionals, where she finished on the podium in all eight of her starts; in SCCA Majors she has one win against 10 podiums in 37 starts. She has also competed four times in the SCCA Runoffs, the series' national event. Her most recent activity was the 2025 SCCA Runoffs.[2]
Andersen has proved closely matched against her regular opponents in B-Spec, including Josh Schmidt, the 2025 SCCA Majors B-Spec champion, and fellow club-level regular Kent Carter. She has also finished ahead of entry-level professionals including Frankie Barroso, a 55-time SCCA Majors starter with experience in Whelen Mazda Cup, and Justin Oakes, a 2021 Trans-Am SGT champion.
