Stuart Forbes-Robinson was a club-level driver who raced in NASA, a national multiclass endurance championship run in the United States. He drove Legends class and Thunder Roadster machinery; both run 5/8-scale coupes or tube-frame roadsters powered by motorcycle engines. He competed for the purple team across a five-season career that spanned 2003 to 2007.[1]
Forbes-Robinson started 14 times across his racing record and took six wins and ten podiums. His most recent activity came in 2007, when he raced two rounds and finished fifteenth in the championship standings. His wins and podium finishes came within NASA, where he competed alongside semi-professional and graded professional drivers sharing a multiclass grid with amateurs and developing competitors.[2]
Forbes-Robinson typically finished ahead of his regular opponents Robert Lamb and Richard Ferreira, both developing drivers with substantially more NASA experience than his own. He also beat Mike Ward, a semi-professional with a background in international GT racing and over 80 NASA starts, in five of their meetings.
