Thomas Noble raced in SCCA Majors, a national multiclass championship where up to 25 classes compete in the same race. He drove a production-based STU-class performance car, 3.2 liters and under, in solo sprint racing against a field mixing amateurs, semi-professionals and graded professionals. His racing career spanned four seasons from 2021 to 2024, with a single appearance at the SCCA Runoffs in 2024 before retiring.[1]
Across nine starts in SCCA Majors, Noble took five wins and seven podiums, establishing himself as a regular winner in his class. He also started the 2024 SCCA Runoffs. His record against regular opponents was mixed; he finished ahead of Jorge Nazario, a club-level driver with 59 SCCA Majors starts, in their meetings, but typically trailed Joe Moser, a competitive amateur and four-time SCCA Runoffs champion with 19 Majors starts. Noble also beat Ford Koch, an entry-level professional with experience in IMSA Pilot Challenge and Porsche Sprint Challenge North America, on two occasions.[2]
