Sean Lovett is a semi-professional racing driver competing in national multiclass sprint championships in the United States. His primary racing home is NASA, where he drives spec BMW machinery in the E30, E46 and Miata classes across seven seasons from 2019 to 2026. He also races the SCCA's regional and national championships in production-based and heavily modified classes.[1]

Lovett has taken 45 wins and 74 podiums across 92 starts. His record is built on consistency in NASA, where 37 of his 45 wins and 56 of his 74 podiums have come from 70 starts; he has been a regular in that series throughout its seven-year span in the database. He added six wins and nine podiums in ten SCCA Regional starts in 2023, and took two wins from eight SCCA Majors starts across 2023 to 2026. His most recent activity is in the 2026 World Racing League, where he has taken two podiums from two rounds so far and currently sits sixth in the championship standings.[2]

Lovett regularly finishes ahead of club-level drivers with deeper experience in NASA; he has been a consistent threat to J.P. Cadoux, the 2019 NASA Spec E30 champion with 105 NASA starts, and to Bennett McMicking, who has made 153 NASA starts. He has beaten Francis Selldorff, a professional FIA Silver-graded driver who won the 2023 IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge GSX and has raced in IMSA Pilot Challenge, GT4 America and SCCA Majors.
