Tony Burdett is a club-level racer who competed in BMW CCA Club Racing, a national multiclass championship mixing amateur and professional drivers across eight classes. He drove BMWs in the JP and KP classes between 2003 and 2005.[1]
Across his three seasons on record, Burdett made four starts and took one win and two podiums. His single victory came in 2005, his final season, when he also finished 20th in the championship standings.[2]
In a field of club-level regulars, Burdett typically finished ahead of Shane Gunn, who made 35 starts in the series, and behind David Bradyhouse, a regular opponent with 25 starts to his name. He beat Bradyhouse once and also finished ahead of John G Paton, who moved on to American Endurance Racing.
