Aaron Applegate is a semi-professional racing in shared-car multiclass endurance championships. He competes in American Endurance Racing, World Racing League and Zenith Racing Series, piloting GT4-class and production-based machinery across Class 4, GTO and ZR2 categories. His primary team in 2026 is Kingpin Racing.[1]
Applegate's career spans two seasons and ten starts. He took four podiums in six American Endurance Racing starts in 2025 and 2026, then joined Kingpin Racing for two World Racing League rounds in 2026. In the Zenith Racing Series, also with Kingpin, he has raced two rounds so far this season and claimed one victory alongside two podiums; he currently sits tenth in the championship standings.[2]
The fields he races mix amateurs and semi-professionals with graded professionals. Applegate runs closely matched against Mike Dipillo, a two-time American Endurance Racing Class 4 champion in 2022 and 2023 who returned to the series in 2025, and Lorenzo Dipillo, a regular opponent of comparable standing.
