🏳️ Andrew Zimmer

Andrew Zimmer competed in kart racing at the SKUSA SuperNationals between 2007 and 2013, recording three starts without wins or podiums. His Racer Rating of 2,579 places him in the competitive amateur category; this is the level of front-of-field club racers and drivers at the entry point of pro-am competition. Zimmer finished on average in fifth place across his classified starts, a reasonable result in a field of the calibre the SuperNationals draws.[1]

In his limited outings, Zimmer occasionally outpaced more experienced drivers. He defeated Arie Luyendyk Jr., a professional-level competitor, once; he also beat Michael DiMeo, an FIA Silver-graded sportscar driver, once in a single-race encounter. These were isolated results rather than sustained patterns, but they show Zimmer was capable of competitive performances against stronger opposition within the events he entered.

Zimmer's racing career spanned six years but consisted of only three competitive starts, suggesting he was not a regular participant in the series. He has since retired from racing.
