Caleb Shrader is an entry-level professional racing solo in national amateur and semi-professional formula and sports-car championships in the United States. He competes primarily in SCCA Majors and Regionals, where he drives Mazda-powered Formula Enterprise and one-design Spec Racer Ford machinery, and races part-time in ARCA Menards West for Jerry Pitts Racing in a Toyota. His Racer Rating of 3,057 places him at the professional threshold; he draws his strength from consistent success in SCCA club racing rather than from performance in higher-tier series.[1]

Shrader won the 2022 SCCA Majors championship in his first full season in that series. Across six seasons in SCCA Majors and Regionals combined, he has taken 32 wins and 76 podiums from 95 starts, establishing himself as a front-running driver at that level. His record in ARCA Menards West and Trans-Am TA2, by contrast, has been limited to single-digit starts across both series; he finished 25th in the 2025 Trans-Am TA2 championship points after two rounds. In SCCA Runoffs, the series' national championship event, he has one win from eight appearances.[2]

At SCCA Majors and Regionals, Shrader typically finishes ahead of club-level regulars such as Tom Burt and Paul Marino. He has beaten established professionals in isolated instances: Christian Eckes, the 2019 ARCA Menards Series champion with 178 career starts across NASCAR and ARCA, once in a shared race, and Brent Crews, a 2023 Trans-Am TA2 champion with 71 career starts across multiple series, once as well. The bulk of his record rests on dominance within a field of club and semi-professional drivers; his ventures into higher-level national series have yielded minimal starts and no sustained presence.
