Charles Belluardo is a semi-professional driver rated Bronze by the FIA, competing in club-level Porsche racing in the United States. He raced primarily in PCA Club Racing across two decades, with additional starts in the multiclass endurance series American Endurance Racing and NASA. His career spans 75 starts from 2004 to 2023, split between solo sprint racing in NASA and PCA Club Racing and shared-car endurance racing in American Endurance Racing.[1]

Belluardo took the 2014 PCA Club Racing championship and accumulated 29 wins and 52 podiums across his three series. In PCA Club Racing alone, where he made 63 starts, he won 27 races and finished on the podium 46 times. His most recent season, 2023 in PCA Club Racing, yielded four podiums from four rounds and placed him second in the championship standings. In American Endurance Racing, a multiclass field mixing amateurs with graded professionals, he won twice in six starts across Classes 4 and 5.[2]

Belluardo typically finished ahead of regular opponents such as Scott Leder, a developing driver with over 60 PCA starts, and Franklin Pray, who won the 2017 PCA Club Racing GTB1 class championship. He also beat entry-level professionals including Dwight Merriman, a Bronze-graded driver with extensive international endurance racing credentials across the WeatherTech Championship, 24 Hours series and European Le Mans Series.
