David Hollander competed in one single-seater season in 2007. His racing record on file comprises a single start in the Star Mazda Championship, where he finished thirtieth; he recorded no wins or podiums. His Racer Rating of 2,734 places him in the competitive amateur band, the level of drivers who appear in club racing and entry-level professional series without establishing themselves as regular contenders. This rating reflects a driver with minimal racing experience and limited data from which to assess performance.[1]

Hollander's sole outing came against a field that included several semi-professional drivers; he finished ahead of Eric Freiberg, Taylor Hacquard, Lorenzo Mandarino, and Ron White on that occasion. However, a single start is too small a sample to characterise his actual competitiveness or to read anything into these relative finishes.
