Eric Wong is a club-level driver racing in national solo sprint championships. He competes primarily in NASA, a multiclass series with fifteen classes on the same track, where he has driven German cars, mostly BMWs and Porsches, across three classes: GTS2, GTS3 and GTS4. He also races in BMW CCA Club Racing and American Endurance Racing, a multiclass endurance series where drivers share cars across international events. Wong has been racing since 2005.[1]
Over twenty seasons, Wong has amassed 152 starts in NASA with 45 wins and 94 podiums; 24 starts in BMW CCA Club Racing with 3 wins and 10 podiums; and 7 starts in American Endurance Racing with 2 wins and 4 podiums. He has won NASA championships in 2008, 2010 and 2013. In the current 2026 NASA season, which remains in progress, Wong sits fourth in the championship standings with two wins and four podiums from ten rounds raced so far.[2]
Wong races regularly against Steven Laderman and Vernon McClure, both club and competitive-amateur level drivers with significant NASA experience, and he is closely matched with both. He has beaten entry-level professional drivers including Carter Fartuch, who races American Endurance Racing and GT4 America, and Aurora Straus, who competes in IMSA Pilot Challenge. His NASA results include multiple wins and podiums in wet conditions and close racing throughout the 2025 and 2026 seasons.
