Jeffrey Freeman was a competitive amateur racer who spent sixteen seasons in club and regional competition. His rating of 1,207 places him in the developing amateur band, describing a driver with consistent results in club-level fields but limited success against stronger opposition. Freeman made 84 starts across two series between 2005 and 2024, accumulating 3 wins and 19 podiums for an average finish of seventh position.[1]
Freeman's primary focus was PCA Club Racing, where he contested 77 races over fifteen seasons from 2005 to 2019. He scored all three of his career wins in this series and finished on the podium 18 times, establishing himself as a regular front-runner within the club field. His competitive record against PCA peers was mixed; he held a slight advantage against Don Gagne across 37 meetings, finishing ahead 19 times, but was outpaced by Chris Wally, a 2015 PCA Club Racing GTC5 champion, losing their twelve encounters 10 times to twice. Freeman occasionally finished ahead of stronger drivers, beating Joseph Lombardo three times and Reg Williams twice, though these were isolated instances rather than sustained competitive patterns. In his final spell, Freeman contested International GT from 2022 to 2024, making seven starts with one podium finish and no wins; he retired after his last PCA Club Racing appearance in 2019, finishing tenth overall.
