He typically finished ahead of regular opponents Jacques Derenne, a club-level Bronze-graded driver with thirty starts in the series, and Alexander Müller, a competitive amateur with forty-nine starts in the championship. Among established and professional-level drivers racing there, Gavris beat Hiroaki Ishiura, an Elo-rated established professional with 147 Super GT starts and multiple national and international series to his name, once; he also finished ahead of Naoya Gamou, a Gold-graded professional and two-time Super GT GT300 champion, in one meeting.[2]
