His primary machinery was a near-standard V4 production car for Team Securtal Sorg Rennsport.[1]
Braun's indexed racing career spanned from 2018 to 2019, comprising four starts in the Langstrecken-Serie and one in the 24 Hours. His record in the Langstrecken-Serie placed him in the lower half of his class against entry-level professionals; he finished behind the four-time V4 champion Christopher Rink but ahead of fellow competitor Philipp Gresek.
