🇩🇪 Michael Bräutigam

Michael Bräutigam is a competitive amateur racing in national multiclass endurance championships at the Nürburgring. He races BMW M240i Racing cars in the BMW M240i class of the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie and the Nürburgring 24 Hours, and has also competed in the SP 3T and VT2 Front classes at the 24-hour event. His primary team is Giti Tires Motorsport by WS-Racing.[1]

Across four starts on record from 2022 to 2026, Bräutigam has taken one win and three podiums. He secured a podium finish in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie in 2022 driving for Schnitzelalm Racing. At the Nürburgring 24 Hours, where he has raced three times for Giti Tires Motorsport by WS-Racing, he won once and finished on the podium twice, including at the 2025 event.[2]

He races in fields that span amateur and professional graded drivers. Among the strongest drivers he has finished ahead of are Oleg Kvitka, a Bronze-graded professional with 25 Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie starts, and Julien Apothéloz, a Silver-graded professional who has competed in prototype, GT and endurance racing across multiple championships. Bräutigam sits mid-field in a mixed-grade endurance grid, posting results typical of an established semi-professional in a professional-level entry field.
