Nick Benz raced solo in PCA Club Racing, a national multiclass sprint championship mixing amateur and semi-professional competitors. He ran Porsches in the GT4S, GTC3 and SPB classes across five seasons from 2011 to 2015.[1]
Over 24 starts in PCA Club Racing, Benz took one win and eight podiums, finishing 64th in the final championship standings in 2015. He was most consistent against Glen Crawford, a developing driver with similar racing experience, and regularly competed against Hunt McMAHON, a semi-professional regular who typically finished ahead of him. Benz beat semi-professional drivers Matt Distefano and Livio Galanti on occasion, though these remained the exception in his record against stronger opposition.[2]
