Nick Zeeben competed in American Endurance Racing from 2015 to 2016, accumulating three starts across two seasons without recording a podium finish. His Racer Rating of 919 places him among developing drivers; he raced in a field populated by club-level competitors, with most frequent rivals falling in the 850 to 1,300 range. The calibre of opposition he regularly encountered was modest, typified by Robert Ratoskey, who alone among his frequent rivals finished ahead of him more often than behind; Zeeben finished ahead of Ratoskey in two of three meetings but consistently trailed Wade Saadi Jr., David Bull, Michael Thomas, Steve Cohen and Anthony Lepore Jr., the latter the 2015 American Endurance Racing Class Indy champion.[1]

Over three races Zeeben's average finish was seventh, though this masks his true competitive standing in his small sample. He defeated several considerably stronger drivers in isolated instances; Jason Nikic, Tivadar Heinlein, Jeffrey Herridge (2016 American Endurance Racing Class 5 champion) and James Counterman (a multi-time American Endurance Racing class champion) all finished behind him once each. These were single-race results rather than patterns of competitive advantage. Zeeben's brief endurance racing career shows no evidence of progression or particular competitive strength within the field he inhabited.
