Bay's single indexed season came in 2023 with MRS GT-Racing.[1]
Bay completed one start in the 24H Series in 2023 and finished 26th in the championship standings. His sole race came in the 992 class, where his entry finished ahead of Julian Hanses, a Silver-graded professional with experience in ADAC Formula 4 and FIA Formula 3 European, and James Littlejohn, an entry-level professional from the European Le Mans Series and Le Mans Cup.[2]
