Patrick Stringer is a competitive amateur racing in a national multiclass sprint championship. He competes in the SRF3 class, driving one-design Spec Racer Ford sports racers in SCCA Majors and SCCA Regionals, where up to 25 classes share each race.[1]
Over six seasons from 2021 to 2026, Stringer has taken four wins and ten podiums from 52 starts. His results are concentrated in SCCA Regionals, where he has won four times and podiumed nine times in 18 starts; in SCCA Majors his single podium has come across 34 starts. In 2026, still racing, he has won once and podiumed twice from the two rounds run so far while sitting 48th in the championship standings.[2]
Stringer typically finishes behind Jeffrey Lehner, a competitive amateur who has made a much longer career in the series; he runs closely with Lee McNeish, a club-level regular opponent. He has beaten Evan Slater, an entry-level professional with experience in Trans-Am and Radical Cup, twice; he has also finished ahead of Steven Thomas, an FIA Bronze graded driver and 2025 International GT CAY3.8 champion, once.
