Qwin Wietlisbach is a semi-professional driver competing in Ferrari Challenge one-make racing, holding an FIA Silver grading that places him at professional level within GT and endurance competition. His rating of 3,402 reflects a driver in the semi-professional band; this is the level most paid drivers outside the top championships occupy, and it describes someone who wins in pro-am and one-make classes while running mid-pack among stronger full professionals. Across eleven starts in the 2024 and 2025 Ferrari Challenge seasons, he has recorded two wins and six podiums, finishing on average in third place.[1]
Wietlisbach's record shows consistent strength against lower-rated rivals; he has finished ahead of all five encounters with Niels Zibrandtsen and Aleksei Komarov, and leads Tommy Lindroth five races to one, establishing a clear hierarchy over the entry-level and amateur tier of the one-make field. Against semi-professional and stronger opponents, his results are more mixed. He trails Jasin Ferati one win to four defeats across five races, and holds an even 3-2 record against Sven Schömer. He has beaten silver-graded professionals Felix Hirsiger and Dylan Medler once each, as well as capturing single victories over higher-rated rivals, but these remain isolated results rather than a pattern of dominance against that tier.
In 2025, his performance has shifted; through five rounds he recorded two podiums but no wins and finished the season in tenth place overall, suggesting a tightening of the field or increased competition. Most of his starts have come for Emil Frey Racing, with six further outings for CDP - D&C Racing. His career remains very young, encompassing only two seasons on record.
