Rich Christine raced in American Endurance Racing, a multiclass endurance championship in which shared cars compete across multiple classes and countries. Between 2015 and 2016, Christine started eight times in Class 2, Class 4, and Class Daytona machinery, racing against a mixed field of amateurs, semi-professionals and graded professionals.[1]
Christine finished 32nd in the 2016 championship standings after competing in two rounds that season. Across both indexed seasons, Christine typically finished behind regular opponents Greg Haymann and Bruce Haymann, both competitive amateur drivers with extensive American Endurance Racing experience. Christine did finish ahead of Kyle Tilley, an entry-level professional and FIA Silver driver with starts across American Endurance Racing and the IMSA series, and Carter Fartuch, another entry-level professional and Silver-graded driver who has raced in American Endurance Racing, GT4 America and NASCAR Truck.[2]
