🏳️ Samantha Silver

Samantha Silver races in national amateur and semi-professional multiclass championships run by the SCCA, driving a spec Mazda MX-5 Miata in the SM class. She competes across SCCA Majors, SCCA Regionals, and the SCCA Runoffs, all of which share tracks across 12 to 25 classes in a single race. She is a club-level driver, a category that encompasses drivers still building their racing foundation.[1]

Silver has recorded 43 starts across these three series from 2020 to 2026, with nine podium finishes. Her stronger results come in SCCA Regionals, where she has taken eight podiums from 17 starts; in SCCA Majors, a larger and more competitive field, she has one podium from 22 starts, and she has made four starts at the SCCA Runoffs nationals. She remains active and competed in the 2025 SCCA Runoffs.[2]

In her regular races she typically finishes behind entry-level professional and semi-professional competitors, most notably Tyler Brown, a two-time SCCA Majors SM champion, and Kyle Greenhill, a semi-professional regular across all three series. Silver has taken two victories against Sam Craven, a professional driver and 2025 GT4 America Pro-Am champion with extensive experience across multiple racing categories, and one against Jake Walker, a professional FIA Silver driver and 2025 IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge GTDX champion who competes in international sportscar racing.
