Sam Craven is a professional driver racing in GT4 America's Pro-Am class, a multiclass endurance championship where each car is shared between two or more drivers. He drives a GT4 car for Random Vandals Racing, an established team that has fielded 28 drivers across the index. He holds the FIA Bronze grading, which marks him as an amateur competitor in sportscar racing, racing at the same events as professionals.[1]

Craven won the 2025 GT4 America championship in the Pro-Am class. Across his GT4 America career from 2024 to 2026, he has taken 9 wins and 15 podiums from 25 starts. His earlier racing came in the SCCA Majors, where he drove spec Mazda MX-5 Miatas in the SM class from 2021 to 2024, collecting 5 podiums across 26 starts in that national multiclass series.[2]

In GT4 America, Craven is closely matched with Michael Cooper, an FIA Silver–graded professional and 2017 NASA 944 Spec champion with 58 NASA starts and 40 starts in IMSA Pilot Challenge; the two have raced against each other 16 times. He has also raced regularly against Tony Gaples, another Bronze-graded driver with 33 GT4 America starts. Among stronger opposition, Craven has beaten Roman De Angelis, an FIA Gold–graded professional with 73 IMSA WeatherTech starts and 15 GT4 America appearances.
