Scott Neal is a semi-professional racing driver competing in national pro-am multiclass endurance and sprint series in the United States. Graded FIA Bronze, he races Porsches in PCA Club Racing across multiple classes and competes in the Porsche Sprint Challenge North America GT3 Cup for Kellymoss, driving the 992 M class machine. He holds a Racer Rating of 2,435.[1]

Over nine seasons of indexed racing from 2017 onwards, Neal has accumulated 35 starts across three series, taking three wins and six podiums. His primary record lies in PCA Club Racing, where he has 22 starts and three wins since 2017. He made four starts in IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge in 2023, driving an LMP3 prototype in the P3 class for Kellymoss. He is currently in his first season of Porsche Sprint Challenge competition, sitting ninth in the championship standings after nine rounds of the 2026 season still underway.[2]

Neal races alongside semi-professional and entry-level professional drivers in fields that regularly include graded professionals. He typically finishes behind established regulars such as Keith McGovern, a fellow Bronze-graded semi-professional with significant Porsche and single-seater experience, and Mark Boden, a two-time SCCA Majors champion and entry-level professional who regularly competes in Porsche Sprint Challenge. He has on occasion finished ahead of stronger drivers, including entry-level professionals Lance Willsey and Jonathan Woolridge, who carry considerably more IMSA and open-wheel racing experience than his own record shows.
