Scott Smith is a semi-professional racing driver competing primarily in NASA, a national multiclass championship that runs fifteen classes on the same track. His main machinery is a BMW M3 in the GTS3 class, where he has raced since 2005. Smith holds the 2023 NASA championship and has scored 12 wins and 33 podiums across 132 NASA starts over two decades.[1]

Smith's record spans sixteen seasons and 152 starts across six series. His NASA title came in 2023, the culmination of consistent results in a championship that mixes amateur and professional drivers. Beyond NASA, he has taken wins in SCCA Regionals and BMW CCA Club Racing, raced twice in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie and started the 2019 Nürburgring 24 Hours for shared-drive machinery, and most recently began racing in the World Racing League in 2026.
