Stefano Colombo was an entry-level professional racing in the Formula Renault Eurocup, a single-class open-wheel championship that fields drivers from amateur through graded professional level. He raced for EPIC Racing in 2011, the only indexed season of his career, with two starts.[1]
Colombo finished 21st in the championship standings across those two rounds. In the field he encountered established professionals including Alex Riberas, an FIA Gold-graded driver with extensive experience in IMSA WeatherTech, the WeatherTech Sports Car Championship and the World Endurance Championship, whom Colombo beat twice. He also finished ahead of Félix Serrallés, a professional who would go on to race in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship and Indy NXT.[2]
