Steve Schneider is a semi-professional driver competing in national club racing, most notably in the Porsche Club of America's multiclass championship. Graded FIA Bronze, he raced solo Porsches in PCA Club Racing's GTA2 and GTC7 classes from 2018 to 2021 before making three starts in the GT4 America Am class in 2024 with NOLASPORT, an outfit that has fielded established professionals alongside its amateur roster.[1]

Over his five indexed seasons, Schneider took 4 wins and 16 podiums across 32 starts. In PCA Club Racing he was a consistent front-runner, posting four victories and 16 podiums in 29 entries across four seasons. His strongest showing came in 2021, when he won the PCA Club Racing championship at points across ten rounds. In GT4 America, where he joined a multiclass endurance field in 2024, he completed three starts in the Am class; in shared-car racing, where finishing position reflects both drivers' pace, his record reads lower than his individual pace warrants.[2]

Schneider spent most of his career in regular competition with drivers of comparable standing. He finished closely matched against Geoff Isringhausen, a 2019 PCA Club Racing GTA2 champion, and Jean Audet, the 2018 title-holder in the same class. He also raced alongside semi-professional and professional-grade drivers who had competed in the IMSA Pilot Challenge and higher-tier series; Austin Krainz, a Silver-graded professional with 18 GT4 America starts, and Terry Borcheller, an entry-level professional, each lost individual races to him.
