Tim Wright is a competitive amateur racing solo sprint cars in national multiclass championships. He competes primarily in SCCA Regionals, where he races production-based and spec Mazda machinery in ITA, SM and SMT classes. His career on record spans from 2003, with earlier NASA racing in Pro 7, Pro Truck and Spec Miata classes before moving to SCCA Regionals in 2022.[1]
