Tom Porter is a club-level driver racing Formula Ford open-wheel cars in SCCA national competition. His first indexed season spans SCCA Regionals, SCCA Majors and the SCCA Runoffs, all multiclass championships where Formula Ford shares the track with up to 25 other classes.[1]
Porter took two podiums across four starts in SCCA Regionals in 2026, and has competed in SCCA Majors and entered the SCCA Runoffs, which remains in progress. His regular opponents include Andrew Baum, a fellow club-level driver he has raced closely against, and Tazio Stefanelli, the 2024 SCCA Runoffs FF champion, whom Porter typically finishes behind across their meetings in Regionals and Majors. Porter has finished ahead of other club-level drivers including Megan Ruedisueli on two occasions and Paul Reineck once.[2]
