Yasuyuki Kudo is a club-level driver who raced in a single season of multiclass endurance competition. His only indexed start came in the 2017 Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, a national championship mixing amateur, semi-professional and professional drivers across fifteen classes. Kudo drove a near-standard production car in the V5 class for Car #451.[1]
His sole appearance in 2017 placed him 30th in the championship standings. That season saw him finish ahead of Daniel Blickle, a professional graded driver who later won two Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie Cup titles, and Maik Rönnefarth, a semi-professional Bronze-graded competitor with extensive experience in both series racing and the Nürburgring 24 Hours.[2]
