Abby Lockwood is a competitive amateur racing in shared-car multiclass endurance championships. She races for Open Throttle Racing, a team fielding 37 drivers across multiple series, and competes in production-based and GT4-class machinery across the World Racing League, Zenith Racing Series and American Endurance Racing.[1]

Her indexed racing spans two seasons from 2024 to 2026. She won the 2026 World Racing League GP1 East championship, taking two podiums across 12 starts in that series. She has raced four rounds so far in the 2026 Zenith Racing Series and currently sits 16th in its championship standings. Her early endurance racing came in American Endurance Racing in 2024, where she made three starts across Classes 2 and 3.[2]

In a field mixing graded professionals with amateurs and semi-professionals, Lockwood runs closely with Paul Weismann, a competitive amateur regular in endurance racing with 26 American Endurance Racing starts and experience across multiple series. She typically finishes behind Scott Smith, a club driver and 2026 World Racing League GP1 National champion with 132 NASA starts. She has finished ahead of Victor Franzoni, a professional and former Pro Mazda champion with 21 starts in that series, and Leonardo Escorpioni, a professional and 2025 USF Juniors champion.
