Leonardo Escorpioni is an entry-level professional competing in United States Formula car racing. He races for Zanella Racing in the 2026 USF2000 Championship and remains active across multiple series. The Brazilian driver competes in single-seat formula cars, primarily in the USF Junior ladder and its professional step.[1]
Escorpioni won the 2025 USF Juniors title across 32 starts, taking six wins and fifteen podiums, then graduated to USF Pro 2000 in 2026 where he has claimed five wins from twelve starts. His early 2026 campaign in USF Pro 2000 included back-to-back wins at Mid-Ohio and a sweep of the Portland finale. He also entered USF2000 competition this year, taking two podium finishes from two starts, and has contested two rounds of World Racing League racing so far. Across his six seasons of racing since 2021, he holds eleven wins from fifty-five starts; his introduction to national-level formula car racing came through SKUSA SuperNationals entries between 2021 and 2023, followed by Ligier JS F4 racing in 2024.[2]

He has beaten Tymek Kucharczyk, an established professional with fourteen Indy NXT starts, once, and has finished ahead of Max Taylor, a 2024 USF Juniors champion and professional driver with twenty Indy NXT starts and thirty-five combined USF formula entries, three times across their meetings.
