Adam Zeen is a competitive amateur racer, rated 2,459. This places him at the front of club racing and entry-level professional fields; the typical competitor at this level is self-funded, racing regionally or in national championships against a mix of amateurs and semi-professionals. Zeen raced in the SKUSA SuperNationals in 2006 and 2008, competing across two starts with no wins or podiums. His average finishing position across his record was 26th. He is currently retired from racing.[1]
Zeen's competitive record shows occasional results against stronger drivers. He finished ahead of John Zartarian (an established professional, rated 3,810) once, Joel Miller (a semi-professional FIA Gold-graded driver and 2024 Lamborghini Super Trofeo NA ProAm champion) once, and twice each against Joey Wimsett and Jason Toft, both semi-professional racers. These individual results were scattered across his limited racing activity and do not establish a pattern of consistent competition at those levels. His brief racing career in karting competition spanned two years before retirement.
