Aiden Fassnacht is a developing amateur racing in SCCA Majors, a national multiclass championship mixing amateur and professional drivers across 25 classes in single-driver sprint racing. He competes in the SM class, which runs spec Mazda MX-5 Miatas, and has completed his first indexed season with two starts in 2025.[1]
Fassnacht finished 55th in the 2025 SCCA Majors championship standings. In those two rounds, he beat Bobby Gossett, an entry-level professional and 2026 Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup champion with 40 prior SCCA Majors starts, and Justin Gravett, an entry-level professional with experience across TC America and Whelen Mazda competition. Both Gossett and Gravett have substantially more racing experience in the SM class and its peer categories than Fassnacht's two races to date.[2]
